On a side note: I don't know why it is, but I dislike Cybill Shepherd. She was fine in this movie, but all in all I really just despise her. There were some interviews and commentary on the DVD, and when she came on screen I just winced. Will I ever work through the pain?
I watched The Last Picture Show this weekend. A fantastic film.
