Favorite title for a movie from The Independent: Lawn Honky.
Tam and I went to see a movie tonight at The Parkway. I think a good time was had by all. One small thing though: I find it strange that people feel the need to clap at the end of a film that they enjoyed. Why are they clapping to an inanimate screen? Do these people clap at movies at home as well? Do they clap at features shown on airplanes? Do they applaud at any inanimate object that pleases them? It make no sense to me. If you go see a live performance that you find enjoyable, by all means applaud. If your toaster pops up a finely toasted pop-tart, try and refrain from applauding, and maybe smile inwardly to yourself.
